Coller Capital (“Coller”) announced, on November 3, 2025, a minority investment from State Street Investment Management (“State Street”). Under the terms of the transaction, the investment will not change the day-to-day management of Coller, and the proceeds from the transaction will be reinvested into Coller. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
State Street, based in Boston, Massachusetts, is registered investment advisor specializing in index equities and cash solutions. State Street manages more than $5 trillion in client assets.
Coller, based in London, is a registered investment advisor offering private equity and credit secondaries funds to institutional investors. Coller manages more than $46 billion in assets.
