On December 12, 2022, Stanhope Capital Group announced the acquisition of Arche Associates.
Under the terms of the transaction, Stanhope Capital Group (“Stanhope”) acquired Arche Associates (“Arche”) in a transaction that closed on December 12, 2022. Frederic Otto, Rudy Paulet and Franck Payar will carry on with Stanhope as Stanhope shareholders. Further terms were not disclosed.
Stanhope, based in London, specializes in wealth management, investment consulting, private investments and merchant banking. Stanhope has approximately $26 billion in assets under management. Berkshire Global Advisors served as financial advisor to Stanhope during the transaction.
Arche, based in Luxembourg, is a wealth planning and investment management firm. Arche has approximately $2.5 billion in assets under management.
