On February 23, 2023, Spouting Rock Asset Management, LLC announced the acquisition of an ownership stake in Altan Asset Management, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Spouting Rock Asset Management, LLC (“Spouting Rock”) has acquired an ownership stake in Altan Asset Management (“Altan”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Spouting Rock, based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is an investment management firm serving individual and institutional clients.
Altan is a US based investment management firm specializing in investments in global and international value equities.
