On December 13, 2022, Spouting Rock Asset Management, LLC announced the acquisition of Stewart Asset Management, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Spouting Rock Asset Management LLC (“Spouting Rock”) will acquire Stewart Asset Management, LLC (“Stewart”). Chairman Bill Stewart and the rest of the Stewart investment team will join Spouting Rock upon completion of the transaction, which is expected to close by December 31, 2022. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Spouting Rock, based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is an investment management firm serving individuals and institutional clients.
Stewart is a New York based investment management firm with a focus on long-term capital appreciation. Stewart manages approximately $250 million in client assets.
