On January 4, 2023, Alera Group Wealth Services announced its acquisition of The Ascent Group.On January 10, 2023, Spouting Rock Asset Management, LLC announced the acquisition of Reinhart Partners, Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, Spouting Rock Asset Management LLC (“Spouting Rock”) will acquire Reinhart Partners, Inc (“Reinhart”). The transaction will take place over the course of two years, with an initial closing expected in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Spouting Rock, based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is an investment management firm serving individual and institutional clients.
Reinhart is a Milwaukee based investment management firm serving institutional and high-net-worth individual clients. Reinhart manages approximately $2.5 billion in client assets.
