On October 20, 2023, Sequoia announced the acquisition of M Capital Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Sequoia Financial Group, LLC (“Sequoia”) will acquire M Capital Advisors (“M Capital”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sequoia, based in Akron, Ohio, is a registered investment advisor providing wealth management services to individuals and family offices. As of September 2023, Sequoia had $15 billion in assets under management.
M Capital, based in Nashville, is a registered investment advisor that has been providing customized portfolio management services to individuals and institutions for more than three decades. As of September 2023, M Capital had $930 million in assets under management.
