Schroders to Acquire Majority Stake in Pamfleet

On July 7, 2020, Schroders announced it will acquire a majority stake in Pamfleet.

Under the terms of the transaction, Schroders will acquire a majority stake in Pamfleet. Upon completion of the deal, Pamfleet’s team of nineteen investment professionals will remain in the organization and the organization will be named Schroder Pamfleet. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Schroders, based in London, is a fund manager that specializes in real estate private equity, infrastructure, microfinance and impact investments, insurance-linked securities, and securitized credit. As of December 31, 2019, Schroders has approximately $662.6 billion in assets under management.

Pamfleet, based in Hong Kong, is a value-add real estate investment manager. It has four total funds that it manages, with $1.1 billion in assets under management across the four funds.
