On June 29, 2021, Savant Wealth Management announced that it will acquire Treybourne Wealth Partners.
Under the terms of the transaction, Savant Wealth Management (“Savant”) will acquire Treybourne Wealth Partners (“Treybourne”). Treybourne founding principal, Martin Armbruster, and principal, Stephanie Wilson, will join Savant’s group of member owners. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close on August 31, 2021. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Savant, based in Rockford, Illinois, is a fee-only wealth management firm. It provides investment management, retirement planning and financial planning in addition to tax preparation and accounting services. Savant has approximately $11 billion in assets under management.
Treybourne, based in Indiana, is a registered investment advisory firm that offers customized investment management, wealth management, and retirement and tax planning services to clients. Treybourne has approximately $321 million in client assets.
