On June 28, 2023, Savant Wealth Management announced the acquisition of The Relaxing Retirement Coach.
Under the terms of the agreement, Savant Wealth Management (“Savant”) has acquired and become a member of The Relaxing Retirement Coach (“RRC”). Further terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Savant, headquartered in Rockford, IL is a financial advisory firm that offers investment management, financial planning, and retirement services to both institutions and individuals. Savant has approximately $20 billion in assets under management.
RRC, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts, is a registered investment advisor offering tax planning, estate planning, and trust services. RRC manages $483 million in client assets.
