On March 31, 2026, Savant Wealth Management announced its acquisition of Exencial Wealth Advisors.
Savant Wealth Management (“Savant”) announced, on March 31, 2026, its acquisition of Exencial Wealth Advisors (“Exencial”). Under the terms of the transaction, which closed on March 31, 2026, the entire Exencial team has joined Savant and will continue to serve clients from their existing offices. Select Exencial leaders, including John Burns, have joined Savant as member-owners. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Savant, based in Rockford, Illinois, is a fee-only registered investment advisor offering investment management, comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, and family office solutions services to both individual and institutional clients. Savant has approximately $50 billion in assets under management.
Exencial, based in Oklahoma City, is a registered investment advisor offering investment management, financial planning, tax planning and preparation, estate planning, and business consulting services to clients nationwide. Exencial has approximately $6 billion in assets under management.
