On December 7, 2022, SageView Advisory Group announced the acquisition of Horsetooth Financial LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, SageView Advisory Group (“SageView”) has acquired Horsetooth Financial LLC (“Horsetooth”) in a deal that closed October 14, 2022. The transaction will see Horsetooth founder Michael Hall join SageView. Further terms were not disclosed.
SageView, based in Newport Beach, California, is a registered investment advisor offering retirement and wealth management services to individuals and families. SageView has approximately $151 billion in client assets under management.
Horsetooth, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is a fee-based asset management firm with a focus on estate planning and insurance services.
