On June 27, 2023, Rosemont Investment Group announced a minority investment in Landmark Management, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Rosemont Investment Group (“Rosemont”) will acquire a 40% stake in Landmark Management, LLC (“Landmark”). Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rosemont, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a private equity firm focused on taking minority positions that support management buyouts, recapitalizations, ownership transitions, and selected start-ups in asset and wealth managers.
Landmark, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor serving primarily ultra-high net worth individuals and family clients. As of June 2023, Landmark had approximately $4 billion in assets under management. Berkshire Global Advisors served as financial advisor to Landmark for this transaction.
