On June 6, 2022, Rockefeller Capital Management announced that it had acquired Spearhead Capital’s wealth management business.
Rockefeller Capital Management (“Rockefeller”) acquired the wealth management business of Spearhead Capital (“Spearhead”), which will operate as The Bostwick Walters Group (“Bostwick Group”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Rockefeller, based in New York, is a private financial services firm, specializing in asset management and strategic advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, corporations, and institutions. As of March 31, 2022, Rockefeller had $95 billion in assets under management.
Spearhead, based in Florida, is a financial services firm offering services to family offices, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and private placement markets.
