Rithm Capital (“Rithm”) announced on September 4, 2025, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Crestline Management (“Crestline”). Under the terms of the transaction, Crestline’s investment team, committees, and strategies will remain unchanged. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rithm, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor specializing in real estate, credit, and financial services. Rithm has approximately $98 billion in assets under management.
Crestline, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a registered investment advisor and alternative investment management firm. Crestline has approximately $17 billion in assets under management.
