On October 28, 2021, it was announced that RGT Wealth Advisors, LLC, a subsidiary of CI Financial Corp., acquired Odyssey Wealth Management, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, RGT Wealth Advisors, LLC (“RGT”), a subsidiary of CI Financial Corp. (“CI”), acquired Odyssey Wealth Management, LLC (“Odyssey”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
RGT, based in Texas, is a registered investment advisor. As of September 30, 2021, RGT had approximately $5.5 billion in assets.
CI (NYSE: CIXX), based in Toronto, is a registered investment adviser engaged in global asset management and wealth management advisory services. As of September 30, 2021, CI had approximately $252.7 billion in assets under management and advisement.
Odyssey, based in Dallas, Texas, is a registered investment adviser that provides services to high-net worth clients. As of September 30 2021, Odyssey managed approximately $200 million in assets.
