On August 17, 2022, Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC announced that Reverence Capital Partners, L.P. will acquire a stake in Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Reverence Capital Partners, L.P. (“Reverence”) will acquire a stake in Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (“Signature Estate”). Brian Holmes will continue to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Signature Estate and all of the founding partners, advisor teams, employees, and the management team will maintain their roles at Signature Estate. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Reverence, based in New York, is a private investment firm offering insurance, capital markets, financial technology, depository and financial, and asset and wealth management services to clients.
Signature Estate, based in California, is a Registered Investment Advisory Firm offering financial planning and investment management services to wealthy investors and corporations. Signature Estate has approximately $16 billion in assets under management.
