Reverence Capital Partners (“Reverence”), announced, on April 30, 2026, an investment in Osaic, Inc. (“Osaic”) alongside Ares Management Corporation (“Ares”), Lexington Partners (“Lexington”), and Bain Capital (“Bain”). The transaction, which closed with $2 billion in capital, is anchored by a continuation vehicle that will maintain the existing governance and board composition of Osaic. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Reverence, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor and private investment firm focused on financial services-focused private equity, opportunistic, structured credit, and real estate solutions. Reverence has approximately $14 billion in assets under management.
Ares (NYSE: ARES), based in Los Angeles, California, is a registered investment advisor offering investment solutions across the credit, real estate, private equity and infrastructure asset classes. As of December 31, 2025, Ares had approximately $623 billion in assets under management.
Lexington, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor offering liquidity solutions to global investors and private equity sponsors supported by its secondary, continuation vehicle, and co-investment platforms. Lexington has approximately $79 billion in assets under management.
Bain, based in Boston, is a private investment firm investing across five focus areas, including private equity, growth and venture, capital solutions, credit and capital markets, and real assets. Bain has approximately $225 billion in assets under administration.
Osaic, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a portfolio company of Reverence Capital Partners and a wealth management platform providing comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, and brokerage services. As of March 31, 2026, Osaic has approximately $747 billion in assets under administration. Jefferies LLC acted as financial advisor for the transaction.
