On August 8, 2023, Progeny Group announced the acquisition of Fiscal Engineers.
Under the terms of the agreements, Progeny Group Limited (“Progeny”) will acquire wealth management firm Fiscal Engineers (“FE”). Further terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Progeny Group is a UK-based firm that specializes in asset management, financial planning and provides private and corporate legal services. Progeny has approximately £8 billion in assets under advisement.
FE, based in Nottingham, UK, is a wealth management firm offering investment advisory services to businesses and individual clients.
