On September 5, 2012, insidermedia.com reported that U.K.-based Principal Holdings, the parent company of Principal Investment Management, had purchased Iain Nicholson Investment Management. 


On September 5, 2012, insidermedia.com reported that U.K.-based Principal Holdings, the parent company of Principal Investment Management, had purchased Iain Nicholson Investment Management, also based in the U.K.  The acquisition will increase Principal’s assets under management to approximately £1.8 billion and will expand its business in northern England.
