On January 5, 2023, Prime Capital Investment Advisors announced that it partnered with Earth Equity Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Prime Capital Investment Advisors (“PCIA”) will partner with Earth Equity Advisors (“Earth Equity”). Earth Equity’s CEO and Founder, Peter Krull, will join PCIA and bring his expertise in the green investment space.
PCIA based in Overland Park, Kansas, is a registered investment advisor that also does business as Prime Capital Wealth Management and Qualified Plan Advisors. PCIA offers wealth management, retirement plan consulting and financial wellness services. As of the third quarter of 2022, PCIA served more than 10,000 clients and had approximately $8 billion in assets under management.
Earth Equity, based in Asheville, North Carolina, is a registered investment advisor focused in sustainable, responsible and impact (“SRI”) investing. Earth Equity provides financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and financial advisors. Earth Equity is a World Certified B Corp with $151 million assets under management. Echelon Partners exclusively advised Earth Equity on the financial aspects of the transaction.
