On June 28, 2022, Prime Capital Investment Advisors announced its partnership with Burns Estate Planning and Wealth Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Prime Capital Investment Advisors (“Prime Capital”) will partner with Burns Estate Planning and Wealth Advisors (“Burns”). Eight Burns locations will join Prime Capital. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Prime Capital, headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, is a financial planning firm offering asset based and wealth management services, retirement plan advisory services, and plan participant education services to clients.
Burns, headquartered in Hammond, Louisiana, is a wealth management firm. Burns has approximately $600 million in assets under management.
