On May 19, 2026, Prairie Wealth Advisors and The McEwen Group announced they would be merging.

Prairie Wealth Advisors (“Prairie Wealth”) and The McEwen Group (“McEwen”) announced, on May 19, 2026, that they would be merging. Under the terms of the transaction, following the merger, McEwen’s five-person advisory team will keep its name and branding. Further, via the merger, the managing director of McEwen, Tim McEwen, has become president of Prairie Wealth. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Prairie Wealth, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a registered investment advisor offering investment management, wealth planning, and multigenerational planning services to its clients. Prairie Wealth has approximately $558 million in assets under management.

McEwen, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management services to individuals, families, and entities. McEwen has approximately $400 million in assets under management.
