On December 5, 2022, Perennial Financial Services announced the acquisition of Ford Financial Group.
Under the terms of the transaction, Perennial Financial Services (“Perennial”) has acquired Ford Financial Group (“Ford Financial”). The entire Ford Financial team, including eight advisors, will join Perennial upon completion of the transaction. Ford Financial will maintain operational independence. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Perennial, based in Los Angeles, is a hybrid registered investment advisor providing investment management and brokerage services. Perennial has approximately $1 billion in client assets under management.
Ford Financial, based in Fresno, California, is a hybrid registered investment advisor with approximately $860 million in client assets under management, including $315 million in brokerage assets.
