On August 30, 2023, Pensionmark Financial Group announced that it will acquire Financial Solutions.
Pensionmark Financial Group, LLC (“Pensionmark”) announced that will acquire Financial Solutions, LLC (“Financial Solutions”). Financial Solutions’ leadership team includes Tim McGrath, William Kenton, Kenneth Stuckert and Horace Seely-Brown. Other transaction details were not disclosed.
Pensionmark, based in Santa Barbara, California is a registered investment advisor that offers financial, tax, and investment planning. Pensionmark had $76 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2022.
Financial Solutions, based in Waukesha, Wisconsin is a registered investment advisor that specializes in retirement planning, estate and tax planning, and investment management. Financial Solutions has $950 million in assets under management. Park Sutton served as Financial Solutions’ advisor for this transaction.
