Pavilion Financial Acquires LP Capital Advisors

Pavilion Financial Corporation announced on May 29, 2014 that it had agreed to acquire investment consulting firm LP Capital Advisors.

On May 29, 2014, Pavilion Financial Corporation, an employee-owned, global financial services firm, announced that it had agreed to acquire LP Capital Advisors, a Sacramento, California-based investment consulting firm. LPCA provides services for clients investing in alternative asset classes, with approximately $120 billion of assets under management in private equity and real assets. LPCA also provides portfolio management and investment reporting services on approximately $70 billion of alternative asset commitments. LPCA’s clients include public pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, and high net worth family offices that typically deploy $0.5 billion to $5 billion annually into alternative assets.   Subject to a number of conditions, the transaction is expected to close in the coming days.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
