On January 3, 2018, P10 Holdings, Inc. announced the completion of the acquisition of RCP Advisors 3, LLC, a sponsor of private equity funds-of-funds, secondary funds and co-investment funds.
The acquistion of RCP Advisors 3, LLC by P10 Holdings, Inc. (“P10 Holdings”) was previously announced in October 2017, when P10 Holdings acquired RCP Advisors 2, LLC (together with RCP Advisors 3, LLC, “RCP Advisors”). In connection with the acquisitions, RCP Advisors received approximately 49% of the outstanding shares of P10, along with seller notes and cash. RCP Advisors continues to be managed by its existing team and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of P10 Holdings.
P10 Holdings is a Dallas-based alternative asset management firm, specializing in private equity fund of funds, and co-investment funds provided by RCP Advisors.
