Oppenheimer Advises WisdomTree on Convertible Notes Offering

On March 2, 2023, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. announced that it acted as sole bookrunner for WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT) on an offering of convertible notes.

Under the terms of the transaction, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as sole bookrunner for WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT) (“WisdomTree”) in a $130,000,000 offering of 5.75% Convertible Senior Notes due in 2028. WisdomTree used the proceeds of the loan to repurchase $115,000,000 of the principal amount on a previously issued set of Convertible Senior Notes, which will mature in June of 2023. WisdomTree may redeem the 2028 notes if the stock price exceeds 130% of the convertible price after 2.5 years.
