On Jun 22, 2023 it was announced that OneDigital Investment Advisors will acquire Stonestreet Equity.
Under the terms of the transaction OneDigital Investment Advisors (“ODIA”) will acquire Stonestreet Equity (“Stonestreet”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ODIA, based in Atlanta, is a registered investment adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of HR firm OneDigital. ODIA offers clients various retirement and wealth management services. As of July 2023, OneDigital had approximately $80 billion in assets under management across all products.
Stonestreet, based in Armonk, NY, is a wealth management firm offering clients in-depth retirement planning. As of July 2023, Stonestreet had approximately $3.8 billion in assets under management.
