OneDigital Investment Advisors (“OneDigital Investment Advisors”) announced on January 31, 2024 that it acquired WealthSource Partners (“WealthSource”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
OneDigital Investment Advisors, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is a registered investment advisor and wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital. OneDigital is an insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm. OneDigital has over $100 billion in assets under management. OneDigital Investment Advisors has over $89 billion in assets under management.
WealthSource, based San Luis Obispo, California, is a wealth management firm that provides portfolio management and financial, retirement, estate, and tax planning services. WealthSource manages over $2 billion in client assets.
