On June 6, 2022, OneDigital Investment Advisors announced that it had acquired TimeScale Financial, Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, OneDigital Investment Advisors (“OneDigital”) acquired TimeScale Financial, Inc. (“TimeScale”). All 19 of TimeScale’s employees will join OneDigital upon completion of the transaction. Further terms were not disclosed.
OneDigital is an Atlanta-based wealth management firm wholly owned by OneDigital Health and Benefits, Inc. OneDigital has approximately $106.7 billion in assets under management.
TimeScale, based in Danvers, Massachusetts, is a privately held financial services firm offering a range of financial and retirement services. TimeScale has approximately $3 billion in assets under management. DeVoe and Company advised TimeScale on the transaction.
