On April 11, 2023, OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC announced the acquisition of the 401K and retirement advisory business of Huntington National Bank.
Under the terms of the transaction, OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC (“OneDigital”) acquired the 401K and retirement advisory business of Huntington National Bank (“Huntington”). Financial terms were not disclosed
OneDigital, based in Atlanta, is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management and financial planning services. OneDigital has over $80 billion in assets under management.
Huntington, based in Columbus, Ohio, is a subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares Inc. Huntington manages $5.6 billion in client assets.
