On July 31, 2023, One Seven, with partner firm Merchant Investment Management, LLC, announced a partnership with Callahan Financial.
Under the terms of the transaction, We Are One Seven, LLC (“One Seven”) has finalized a strategic partnership with Callahan Financial (“Callahan”). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
One Seven, based in Beachwood, Ohio, is a wealth management firm offering retirement services to its clients. As of June 30, 2023, One Seven had approximately $3.6 billion in assets under management.
Callahan, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a registered investment advisor offering advisory services to business, high-net-worth individuals and families. Callahan manages approximately $200 million in client assets.
