Old Mutual Closes IPO of OM Asset Management Plc

On October 15, 2014, Old Mutual announced the closing of the initial public offering of 22,000,000 ordinary shares of OM Asset Management Plc at a price to the public of $14.00 per share.


On October 15, 2014, Old Mutual announced the closing of the initial public offering of 22,000,000 ordinary shares of OM Asset Management Plc (OMAM) at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. Shares of OMAM began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 9, 2014. Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

The underwriters have an option through November 7, 2014 to purchase up to an additional 3,300,000 shares from Old Mutual at the IPO price, less the underwriting discount, to cover any over-allotments.

OM Asset Management is a global asset management company with approximately $221 billion of assets under management as of August 31, 2014.
