Old Mutual Asset Announces Sales of Five U.S. Affiliates to Management Teams

On October 11, 2012, Old Mutual Asset Management announced that it had entered into definitive agreements with five of its U.S. affiliates to sell the firms to their current senior management teams.  The five affiliates are 2100 Xenon Group, 300 North Capital, Analytic Investors, Ashfield Capital Partners, and Larch Lane Advisors.


On October 11, 2012, Old Mutual Asset Management announced that it had entered into definitive agreements with five of its U.S. affiliates to sell the firms to their senior management teams.  The five affiliates are 2100 Xenon Group, 300 North Capital, Analytic Investors, Ashfield Capital Partners, and Larch Lane Advisors.  The terms of the transactions, all expected to close by the end of 2012, were not disclosed.  Together, the affiliates have approximately $11.8 billion in assets under management.  Old Mutual is the U.S.-based global asset management business of Old Mutual plc, based in London, serving institutional investors internationally.  Old Mutual’s affiliated investment firms have approximately $208.6 billion in assets under management.
