On July 11, 2018, Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisors announced it had acquired the advisory arm of Saint & Co.
Under the terms of the agreement, Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisors (“OMW”) will add £100m of assets under advice for a total of over £2b in client assets, with Saint & Co partner and adviser Phillip Dhillon, advisor Trevor Iredale and a support team joining OMW’s Cumbria regional hub. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Saint & Co is a Carlisle, England based accountancy business.
OMW is part of Quilter plc. Quilter plc is a United Kingdom based wealth management business, which oversees £111.6 billion in customer investments as of 31 March 2018.
