Oak Hill Acquires Minority Stake in Kestra

On September 30, 2022, Oak Hill announced that it took a minority stake in Kestra.

Under the terms of the transaction, Oak Hill Capital Partners (“Oak Hill”) bought a minority stake in Kestra Holdings (“Kestra”). Oak Hill’s stake was previously held by Stone Point Capital, a private equity firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Oak Hill, based in New York, is a private equity firm with committed capital from entrepreneurs, endowments, foundations, corporations, and pension funds. Oak Hill has over $19 billion in committed capital.

Kestra, based in Austin, is a wealth management platform to financial professionals. Kestra manages over $60 billion in client assets.
