On June 17, 2025, Nuveen announced that it will acquire Brooklyn Investment Group and its parent technology company, Brooklyn Artificial Intelligence.

Nuveen announced, on June 17, 2025, that it will acquire Brooklyn Investment Group (“Brooklyn”) and its parent technology company, Brooklyn Artificial Intelligence. These acquisitions further build on Nuveen’s minority investment in Brooklyn in 2023. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Nuveen, based in Chicago, is a global asset manager providing investment solutions to individuals and institutional investors. As of March 31, 2025, Nuveen had approximately $1.3 trillion in assets under management.

Brooklyn, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor offering advanced portfolio optimization and automated tax-loss harvesting solutions to its clients through its parent company, Brooklyn Artificial Intelligence. As of May 2025, Brooklyn had approximately $522.71 million in assets under management.
