NFP Merges Lenox and Wealthspire

On January 24, 2022, NFP Corp. announced it has merged Lenox Wealth Advisors and Wealthspire Advisors.

Under the terms of the transaction, NFP Corp. (“NFP”) merged Lenox Wealth Advisors (“Lenox”) and Wealthspire Advisors (“Wealthspire”). Both Lenox and Wealthspire are subsidiaries of NFP. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NFP is an insurance broker and consultant. Through its affiliates and subsidiaries, it provides specialized property and casualty, corporate benefits, retirement and individual solutions to clients.

Lenox, which has been a subsidiary of NFP since its inception, builds custom investment portfolios and executes sophisticated financial plans for individuals, families, nonprofit organizations, and trusts.

Wealthspire is an independent registered investment advisor that provides wealth management, investment advisory, and consulting services to clients.
