On September 20, 2023, National Financial Partners Corporation announced the acquisition of Divergent Wealth Advisors, LLC.
Pursuant to the agreement, National Financial Partners Corporation (“NFP”) has acquired Divergent Wealth Advisors, LLC (“Divergent”) in a deal that closed on August 7. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NFP, based in New York, is an insurance brokerage and wealth management firm. NFP has approximately $51 billion in assets under management.
Divergent, based in South Jordan, Utah, is a registered investment adviser offering wealth management and retirement planning services. Divergent manages approximately $675 million in client assets.
