NewEdge Advisors (“NewEdge”) announced, on April 3, 2025, its acquisition of Krueger, Fosdyck, Brown, McCall & Associates (the “Destin Team”). Under the terms of the transaction, the Destin Team, including founders and colleagues Tim Krueger, Cory Fosdyck, Jerry Brown, and Collin McCall, along with Senior Wealth Advisors Nina McClanahan and Gabe Campbell joined NewEdge. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NewEdge, based in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a registered investment advisor offering support to independent financial advisors nationwide. As of November 30, 2025, NewEdge had approximately $65 billion in assets under management.
The Destin Team, based in Destin, Florida, is an independent, private wealth management firm providing retirement planning, investment management, business planning, and financial planning services. The Destin Team has approximately $1.4 billion in client assets. Echelon Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to the Destin Team on the transaction.
