Modern Wealth Management (“Modern Wealth”) announced its acquisition of Beltz Ianni & Associates (“Beltz Ianni”). As part of the transaction, Beltz Ianni’s full team has joined Modern Wealth. Further deal terms not disclosed.
Modern Wealth, based in Monterey, California, is a registered investment advisor that provides wealth, estate and tax planning. Modern Wealth has approximately $1.8 billion in assets under management.
Beltz Ianni, based in Rochester, New York, is a corporate retirement planning and wealth management firm. Beltz Ianni has approximately $1.2 billion in assets, $700 million in retirement plan assets and $500 million in individual investor assets.
