On August 2, 2023, Mission Wealth announced the acquisition of Brooks, Hughes & Jones Wealth Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mission Wealth (“Mission”) has Acquired Brooks, Hughes & Jones Wealth Advisors (“BHJ”) in a deal that will see several BHJ personnel step into senior roles at Mission. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mission, based in Santa Barbara, is a registered investment advisor. As of August 1, 2023, Mission had approximately $6.2 billion in assets under management.
BHJ, based in Gig Harbor, Washington is a fee-only wealth management firm offering various financial planning and investment advisory services. As of August 1, 2023, BHJ managed approximately $180 million in client assets.
