On July 5, 2023, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. announced that it will acquire Day & Ennis, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”) will acquire Day & Ennis, LLC (“Day & Ennis”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mercer Advisors, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management, financial planning, family office services, retirement benefits, estate and tax planning. As of July 2023, Mercer Advisors had over $35 billion in assets under management.
Day & Ennis, headquartered in Macon, Georgia, provides wealth management services with a focus on financial planning. As of July 2023, Day & Ennis had $400 million in assets under management. Park Sutton Advisors served as financial advisor to Day & Ennis for this transaction.
