On June 5, 2023, Mercer Global Advisors announced the acquisition of RMR Wealth Advisors, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mercer Global Advisors (“Mercer”) acquired RMR Wealth Advisors (“RMR”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mercer, based in Denver, is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management and financial planning services. Mercer has over $48 billion in assets under management.
RMR, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is a registered investment advisor focusing on retirement planning, wealth management, and business consulting services. RMR manages approximately $350 million in client assets.
