On May 3, 2022, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. announced that it had acquired HYA Advisors, Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”) acquired HYA Advisors, Inc., and related entity Heim, Young & Associates, Inc. (together “HYA”). HYA partners Brent Singleton, Mike Sharp, Jeff Bilberry, and Holly Gray will join Mercer upon closing, as will the rest of the HYA staff. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mercer Advisors, based in Denver, is a wealth management firm offering a range of financial planning services. Mercer Advisors has over $38 billion in client assets.
HYA, based in Springfield, Missouri, is a registered investment adviser with approximately $1.2 billion in client assets under management and advisement.
