On December 6, 2022, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. announced the acquisition of Vintage Financial Services, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer”) has acquired Vintage Financial Services, LLC (“Vintage”). The entire Vintage team, including the firm’s founder Frank Moore, will join Mercer as part of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mercer, based in Denver, is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management and financial planning services. Mercer has $38 billion assets under management.
Vintage, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a wealth management firm with over $850 million in client assets under management.
