On August 2, 2023, Mercer Global Advisors announced that it had acquired Steward Wealth Management, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mercer Global Advisors (“Mercer”) acquired Steward Wealth Management, LLC (“Steward”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mercer, based in Denver, is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management and financial planning services. Mercer has over $48 billion in assets under management.
Steward, based in Colleyville, Texas, is a wealth management firm offering Financial planning, investment strategy, and tax advisory services. Steward manages $680 million in client assets.
