Nick Katsanos is a partner in the Business Transactions Group at Seward & Kissel. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances in a wide range of industries, including shipping, investment management, broker-dealer and other financial services, B2B media and events, business information and marketing services, and veterinary transactions.
As a partner in the Business Transactions Group at Seward & Kissel, Gary Anderson represents private investment funds, investment management firms, financial institutions, and business owners in a wide variety of investments, business transactions, and general corporate matters. Gary has significant knowledge of and experience with seed investments in hedge fund managers and private equity GPs.
Meir Grossman is a partner in the Business Transactions Group. Meir works with sponsors and managers of private investment funds on a wide variety of formation, structuring, and transactional matters including structuring and negotiating seed and other forms of strategic investments. He also advises investors who are investing in crypto-backed venture capital funds and projects and works with venture capital investors interested in blockchain and crypto-focused initiatives and companies.
Danielle Lemberg is a partner in the Business Transactions Group of Seward & Kissel. Danielle represents private equity and other investment management firms, private companies, and individual business owners, amongst other clients, in a range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions, and seed transactions, in cryptocurrency-related transactions and investments, and in general corporate matters.
Danielle was recently named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching list and is ranked as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500. Danielle is the co-founder of the Seward & Kissel Women’s Initiative.
