MarshBerry published an updated Report for the Wealth Advisory Market that analyzes U.S. M&A market structure and transactions. The Report shows that for the U.S., Q4 2025 marked a new record for wealth deals in a single year, with 374 announced transactions as of December 31, 2025, 46 more deals than recorded at the end of 2024. MarshBerry expects additional announcements to be made, further widening the gap over last year.
