MAI Capital Management, LLC (“MAI”) announced on January 8, 2024 that it acquired Madison Wealth Management (“Madison”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
MAI, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a fee-based registered investment adviser and wealth management firm specializing in comprehensive investment and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. As of December 29, 2023, MAI had $18.8 billion in assets under management.
Madison, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a registered investment adviser and wealth management firm providing financial planning and investment portfolio management, retirement and stock option planning, and trust and estates advisement. Madison has over $1.4 billion in assets under management.
